The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota Hotel, Sarasota

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota was a mixed bag. While I truly enjoyed the Beach Club and found it to be an oasis with fantastic service and beautiful surroundings, my overall experience was marred by issues during check-in and the lack of attentiveness from the front desk staff. The dining options were good, especially the lobster roll at the on-site restaurant, but the check-in process and room availability were frustrating. For the price I paid, I expected better service and facilities, though the Beach Club is a standout feature worth visiting.
